The Fasouli of Psinthos

In one of the most beautiful parts of the valley of Psinthos that crosses the village, there is the Fasouli area with its homnymous springs ! In the shade of centuries-old plane trees are the springs, while the water flows through the stream, where through a small waterfall the water reaches the dam of the valley where among the reeds and the wild ivy one can see ducks and even turtles swimming in the water. Within walking distance is the aquarium museum for the Gizani fish of Psinthos that is preserved in the area. Also during summer in the valley you can see Panaxia Quadripunctaria butterflies. All points are accessible via a paved path and Fasouli is an ideal place for a walk in the beautiful nature all year round.
